Why Exhibit at the MSBO Annual Conference & Exhibit Show?
You will meet business managers, chief financial officers, superintendents, purchasing agents, facilities and operations directors, food service directors, transportation directors, technology directors, human resource directors, and others who work in school business offices.

- Dedicated exhibit time — visit with attendees without other events taking place.
Beware the scam email. Exhibitors have received emails form companies claiming that they can sell attendee lists for the MSBO Conference & Exhibit Show. MSBO does not use outside groups of any sort to distribute information. All emails coming from MSBO will have the domain @msbo.org. Always check the sender’s email address to make sure it’s legitimate. We have also seen scammers trying to sell discounted hotel rooms.
The Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids will serve as host hotel for the 85th MSBO Annual Conference & Exhibit Show – April 23-25, 2024. Room blocks for this year’s conference are sold out. Rooms may still be available at the following hotels. They will not be available at the MSBO rate and are available outside of the MSBO room block. MSBO does not work with outside companies for overnight accommodations. If you are contacted by someone claiming to be with MSBO or any company that says they are closely associated with MSBO and want to book your accommodations for the 2024 MSBO Annual Conference, they are not being truthful!
