Purpose
The Food Service Committee assists members with reporting, record-keeping, food production, distribution, menu planning, nutrition education, budgeting, purchasing, daily cash accountability, maintenance, food service facility planning, employee relations, contract negotiations, contract administration, public relations, and compliance of State and federal regulations.
