The MSBO Leadership Institute is designed to help individuals grow as leaders through its challenging curriculum. It includes face-to-face group sessions that focus on specific leadership themes, allowing participants to learn collaboratively, engage in discussion, and apply concepts through real-world scenarios, along with individual, personalized executive coaching sessions designed to support each participant’s unique goals, strengths, and professional growth.
