The MSBO Leadership Institute is a year-long program that is rigorous and challenging.

As a participant of the MSBO Leadership Institute, you will be engaged in reflective dialogue and establish realistic and clear professional goals that will work in your unique circumstances.

Take Leadership Style Assessments & the first of five one-on-one coaching sessions.
Small group project sessions
This fulfills the Group Solutions requirement for CFO & BOM certification renewal

Five 2-day sessions to attend (Sessions begin at approximately 5 pm on the first night and run 8 am to 4:00 pm the following day.)
- Session 1: February 7-8, 2024
  Wednesday/Thursday • Holiday Inn, Downtown Grand Rapids
- Session 2: March 8-9, 2024
  Friday/ Saturday • MSBO Office, Lansing
- Session 3: May 10-11, 2024
  Friday/Saturday • MSBO Office, Lansing
- Session 4: July 31 – August 1, 2024
  Wednesday/Thursday • MSBO Office, Lansing
- Session 5: October 9-10, 2024
  Wednesday/Thursday • Holiday Inn, Downtown Grand Rapids

Program Fees

$1,500 fee includes all course materials, refreshment breaks and meals. You will be responsible for overnight accommodations (if needed) and travel expenses.

Accepted applicants will be invoiced. SCECHs will be awarded pending approval.
