Log into the MSBO Exchange by using your MSBO username and password—the same credentials used for your My MSBO account. Once you login, join communities, and set your notification preferences (Real-time or daily/weekly digest), you’ll start receiving emails from DoNotReply@ConnectedCommunity.org and mail@connectedcommunity.org. Be sure to whitelist these email addresses.
