Learn the planning process for technology, integrating school and district improvement plans, forecasting needs, and implementing new systems. Get a review of technology planning and methods for evaluating new and existing technology. Hear about the emerging use of distance learning technologies and professional development opportunities for staff. Get an overview of project management including Michigan laws, bidding requirements, electrical and construction codes, plan review requirements, and practical implications of working with contractors on technology integration projects and processes.
