MSBO members represent a diverse community with a wide range of experience – from individuals who are just beginning their careers to seasoned professionals with years of expertise.
A key MSBO Board of Directors strategic initiative was to create short, quick-hit (5-minute) “Back to Basics” videos that provide practical information covering function areas relevant to school business professionals.
These new videos focus on strengthening foundational knowledge on a wide range of topics in school business management from succession planning to conducting playground inspections. It also includes videos on MSBO programs like the Business Manager Academy and the Leadership Institute, and how to navigate to MSBO’s new online Exchange community.
The video library will continue to grow with the addition of new content. Members who have expertise and are interested in contributing are encouraged to share their knowledge.
