Active members were invited to vote in the 2026 MSBO Board of Directors election. There were two open Board positions, each with a three-year term. There was one candidate for the open President-Elect position. The election was conducted April 1-15, 2026.

President-Elect (1-year term):
- Brian Marcel, CFO, Associate Superintendent, Washtenaw ISD
MSBO Board of Directors (3-year term):
- Michelle Sine, CFO, Associate Superintendent of Business & Operations, Charlotte Public Schools (Incumbent)
- Richard Webb, CTO, Director of Information Technology, Kenowa Hills Public Schools
