When the election was launched, 3,212 eligible voters were sent email invitations to participate in the election. By the close of the election, 698 confirmed votes (21.73% of those eligible) had been cast.
There were two (2) open Board positions, each with a three-year term. There was one candidate for the open President-Elect position. The election was conducted April 3-17, 2024.
The following candidates were elected:
President-Elect (1-year term):
- Julie Williams-Muz, Bay-Arenac ISD
MSBO Board of Directors (3-year term):
- Anthony Bertucci, Marquette-Alger RESA
- Tim Peraino, Kent ISD
The 2024-25 MSBO Board of Directors will take office at the closing general session of the MSBO Annual Conference on Thursday, April 25, 2024.
