Have we met your objectives for the program so far? If not, what could be incorporated into the program to better meet your needs?
Yes, BMA has given more growth opportunities than I anticipated.
Would you include more content or reduce it?
The content we covered is all necessary. I would not reduce anything.
Do you find the timing of the individual sessions to be productive?
Yes
Do you find the overall timetable of the program working well for your schedule?
Yes. I would consider meeting face to face in November which gives the group one more opportunity to network in person.
Based on what you have learned so far, what will you implement or change in your district?
Cash flows were implemented immediately. I've also increase my communication. "Better to over communicate rather than under communicate."

Effective
AWESOME!
Are you satisfied with the mentoring you are receiving?

Would you recommend the MSBO Business Manager Academy?
