Exhibitor and sponsorship registration is open for MSBO’s 87th Annual Conference & Exhibit Show at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids – April 21-23, 2026.
MSBO’s Annual Conference & Exhibit Show features top quality professional development programs for school business officials and the largest trade show of educational products and services in Michigan with more than 350 companies exhibiting.

Early Bird Registration will begin in February 2026. You will be able to register for the full conference, pre-conferences, and certification classes as well as select all the sessions you wish to attend. Scholarships will also be offered, and the application will be available at the same time as Early Bird Registration.
Exhibiting and Sponsorship Opportunities

- Companies who reserve booth space by 12/31/25 will be entered into a drawing to receive a Free Booth at the 2027 MSBO Annual Conference & Exhibit Show.
- The sooner you register, the better location you will receive (booths are assigned by MSBO).
- As an exhibitor, your booth fee includes a complimentary MSBO membership for the 2026-2027 year as well as a listing in the MSBO Online Vendor Directory where members can search by company or the products and services they provide.
Beware: Any information that comes from MSBO will have the email domain @msbo.org. Please keep this in mind if you receive emails from others who pretend to be with MSBO. They are usually trying to sell attendee lists and/or hotel accommodations – check the email address of the sender.
