Regional Mentoring Program

MSBO Board of Directors has for many years relied on a decentralized mentoring program where each Regional Group President coordinates a mentoring program locally where new business managers are connected with experienced business managers within their regional group. This facilitates a relationship that is bolstered by attendance at regular regional group meetings. The Regional Mentoring Program was developed by regional groups to help new business managers.
