Have you ever thought about running for the MSBO Board of Directors? The governance page on the MSBO website provides information about serving on the Board, including the MSBO Election Booklet & Candidate Guidelines and detailed FAQs, which outline the election process and the roles and responsibilities of MSBO board members.
There will be three (3) seats on the MSBO Board ballot for 2021. One open seat as Steve Ezikian leaves the board after finishing his year as Immediate Past President, appointed after Tom Armstrong resigned. The board seats of Mary Beth Rogers and Stephanie Weese are also on the ballot as they both are seeking re-election. Julie Omer will run for President-Elect.
Steve Ezikian, MSBO’s Immediate Past President, serves as the current Chair of the MSBO Nominations Committee. Names may be presented to the Nominations Committee for consideration and possible nomination by submitting a petition with at least 30 Active member signatures to the committee chair on or before December 1, 2020. If you’re interested in being a candidate, or would like to nominate someone for the Committee to consider, call Steve Ezikian at (734) 334-1451, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

The MSBO Board has set the 2021 board election dates to begin on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 and end on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 3:00 pm.
