Don’t be caught off guard! Have you had a cyber breach in your district? Are you protected? Are you sure?
Many school districts have faced a “cyberattack.” They have found themselves scrambling to recover lost data, access locked systems, and even making ransom payments to regain access to critical information.
This workshop brings together experts that can explain cyber security and what school districts need to do to protect their data! You’ll hear from school districts that have suffered an attack, an insurance provider that has dealt with the situation, the Michigan State Police Intelligence Operations Division Cyber Command Center (MC3), and peers that have developed a “district checklist” that you can take back to assess your readiness!
It’s not “IF” it can happen, but “WHEN” it will happen – and how prepared your district is to handle the cyberattack!
