MSBO and Michigan Association of School Administrators (MASA) are partnering on a one-day workshop that is designed for teams of superintendents and their CFOs to collaboratively learn best practices for finance and operations. The workshop, “Developing Successful Structures for District Business & Operations,” will engage attendees in open discussion. Each participating district is encouraged to bring their toughest issues to this forum for both presentation and problem-solving activities scheduled during each session.
