180e – Successful Drug Testing Programs and Compliance with The Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse

Learn how to ensure you are following proper protocols when testing drivers for drug and/or alcohol abuse. Learn about the recent implementation of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse that took effect this year. It’s important that you and your drivers understand the importance of complying with this new program and how it functions, and when queries and reporting violations are required. This knowledge will help you ensure that your testing provider is reporting specific violations on your behalf and operating within the Clearinghouse parameters.

180g – Transportation Legal Update

Pupil transportation addresses a variety of issues when it comes to transporting children. Challenges include delivering students to different houses based on which parent is caring for the child that day — to obligations for homeless students, students with disabilities, and Schools of Choice. There are also privacy issues to consider with cameras installed on buses. Learn what the laws require.
