Directions on how to register online are listed below. Reading this email completely prior to attempting online registration will help you through the process.

This year’s conference celebrates President Jeff Crouse’s theme – Be a Champion for ALL Children. The MSBO Annual Conference & Exhibit Show is the most comprehensive and cost effective professional development opportunity for school business officials in Michigan. This conference is appropriate for all school business professionals in the areas of accounting, finance, payroll, pupil accounting, facilities, transportation, technology, and nutritional services. Send a link to the interactive brochure to other people in your district who you think may benefit by attending.

Our opening Super Session features Tim Skubick, Senior Capitol Correspondent and host of the television show Off the Record (OTR). Mr. Skubick brings three regular Off the Record panel members on the road for a dynamic interactive session covering school aid budgets and state government. Bring your questions!

Our Wednesday lunch keynote features America’s Accountability Leader – Walter Bond. His message of personal accountability, overcoming adversity, and the power of confidence will inspire you to work as a team and take action so you can be a “Champion for ALL Children.”

How to Register

Browse our interactive brochure or print a copy. Determine which clinic sessions, certification classes and pre-conferences you want to attend so you can complete your registration.

Register online or fax a copy of the registration form to 517.327.0768. In order to register online, you will need your MSBO ID, password and a PO number or credit card.

Other Registration Information:

If you received a scholarship: Check the appropriate box (only one) among items #003-005, then continue scrolling down to complete your registration for all events and clinic sessions.

If you registered for the early bird price: Check the appropriate box indicating your registration status in the appropriate box (only one) among items #006-008, then continue scrolling down to complete your registration for all events and clinic sessions.

If you pre-registered for the Tuesday Pre-Conference: Check the appropriate box (only one) of the Pre-Conference you will be attending.

If you pre-registered for the Tuesday certification classes: Check the appropriate box of the certification classes you will be attending.

Certification Wrap-Up/Ethics: This class is included in the Thursday registration or full conference registration. If you are only attending the Certification Wrap-Up/Ethics class there is a fee of $50 members/$80 nonmembers.

If you are not yet registered for the conference: Check the appropriate box (only one) from the items #009-011, these all indicate “not previously registered” in their heading. They represent various options for registration. Then, continue scrolling down to complete your registration for all events and clinic sessions.

Spouses: If you plan to bring your spouse, please check item #012 and email Marte Cadwell with your spouse’s name.

SET SEG Fun Run/Walk: If you plan to participate, please check item #016. Check item #017 for spouses and fax page 2 of the registration form with the required information.
