8:30 am – 12 pm: Microsoft Office 2010 – Exel, Word and PowerPoint Bring your laptop with Microsoft Office 2010 loaded.
The first half of this workshop will review the new features in Excel 2010 as participants learn to create and manage a budget and edit student data. Learn about the use of formulas, fills, and easy chart creation tools. Learn to convert data from online reports into an easy to understand and edit format. Utilize filters, borders, and frozen headers to display exactly the information required. The second half will focus on the new features in Word and PowerPoint. Learn to change the font and line spacing defaults. Use the format painter and the new screenshot tool. Dig into new features of PowerPoint for inserting and editing movies, even inserting YouTube movies. Understand the “backstage” view and time saving tips to make you more productive.
Lunch will be provided for those registrants signed up for the full day. Cost is $75 and seating is limited to the first 40 registrants.
