1:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Google Docs for Collaboration and Surveys A current Google account (such as Gmail) is required and bring your laptop.
Learn to use Google Docs http://docs.google.com the free online tool which allows group creation and editing of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation documents and drawings using tools similar to MS Office. Edits made by one user are immediately seen by others. Learn to use the collections to create “folders” to store collections of shared documents. Explore the useful templates and learn to add your own. Finish with the amazing form tool – for quickly creating surveys and gathering data. Learn how these forms can be embedded into a website, shared with others outside your organization and completed using an iPad or other mobile device. A current Google account (such as Gmail) is required.
Lunch will be provided for those registrants signed up for the full day. Cost is $75 and seating is limited to the first 40 registrants.
